I have wall to wall rugs in my offices. I was told by a friend that it’s time I give a good cleaning service to the rugs, as clients are coming and the office must look clean and nice. So I called Y & T & C Cleaners. they came and did a quick job. The office looks completely different now, clean and very respectable. Y & T & C Cleaners did an excellent work. Also, the cost was really decent. Absolutely excellent customer service!

Y & T & C Cleaners arrived promptly and made careful preparations to clean the carpets. They promised to do their best which they certainly did, working very hard. They are friendly and fast.They estimate on how long it would take was right on.They also charged exactly what they told me they would over the phone, no add-ons at the last minute which I have experienced with other cleaners. It was a big job. They worked steadily for 4hours and did a great job. They answered questions, went over pricing (which I had received via a phone estimate), and refined the phone estimate to exactly match the job they were doing. The high traffic carpet areas look much better than before. Everything looks and smells fresh. goodjob guys! Great service and great prices!

This was the second time we used this company. They are miracle workers! Although it wasnt easy, they managed to remove impossible stains. We thought we needed to completely replace the carpet, however the technician worked very hard to remove the stains with much success. They definitely went above and beyond.

They are fast, efficient and most importantly, get out all the tough stains in our carpets! We have a puppy who isnt quite potty trained yet and were amazed by their ability to remove the stains.
