We have an 80+ lb dog, PetSmart is the only place that continues to carry bones he can chew on longer than a week. Great selection for all pets, friendly helpful staff.

Good selection of aquatics and food. Fish seem very healthy, the staff real nice. Will go back to this location again.

Pittsburgh was fine my visit was to pick up some feeder fish to used to battle the standing water mosquitoes that have in my my 90 gallon pond and couple other places there which they had them in stock they have changed things up a little bit and like a lot of stores they are always looking for help right now so its a its a good market for if youre looking for a job and you like working with pets and people go to PetSmart and Ive always enjoyed visiting PetSmart I think their prices are a little bit high but for the most part I can usually find what I need great place to go to!

I tried three pet supply stores in my vicinity and PetSmart had the widest selection and very friendly staff. The prices were reasonable. I ended up buying a leash that I could not find at any of the other stores.

This is our goto store to buy crickets and mealworms for charlie the gecko

Noelle, a new dog trainer, is A++++. We have used PetSmart for several dogs and she is the best.The employees at this store are happy and helpful.

If your family plans on adopting a cat or kitten from here I would rethink your options before making your final decision. Evelyn the lady that does the adopting process made the decision to not let my family adopt a kitten we waited a week for and final had the go ahead that he was ours to adopt. Sadly my family wasnt able to make the appointment to adopt the kitten. So I texted Evelyn regarding her I wasnt able to meet at that time and to see if we could meet later that day. She never replied back and I also called her multiple times all that week with no call back or answer. Evelyn final called my family a week later saying she didnt like the way she was treated being stood up and doesnt feel comfortable letting my family adopt the kitten. (Evelyn never replied to our text or picked up the phone that day or for that whole week ) As we was trying to reach her about that day and the kitten. Id most definitely would go else where so that your family will be able to successfully add to your family with a fur baby. Not being able to make an appointment does not determine how you care for your animals.

Have been visiting this Petsmart at least once a week for quite a while. I have tried to switch for lesser priced materials from other stores, but always return to Petsmart for the quality. Also, the materials I purchase are always in stock. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 3 Guinea Pigs and a turtle.

I bring my cat Frey here and they are always so wonderful with him and I enjoy that they always have what I need for him here

The veterinarians here have always taken create care of my dog Eli. I trust them completely. Theyve always watch out for what was best for my fur baby! I highly recommend this location and their staff to let them take great care of your dog. Im sure they take equally as good care wise for cats and other pets also!

This PetSmart is well stocked, and fairly priced. The vet thats here is also really great. I got a free visit with them, and they took great care of my cat.

Emily Morehouse almost killed our two cats in 2 separate ways. She misdiagnosed their and age by 3 weeks off so was going to vaccinate them too early and they would have died. She knows NOTHING about them. They have no teeth and after a quick google search it says cats there age have most of their teeth at the age she said they were. She also OVER and UNDER PRESCRIBED medications and Royal Cain food which little kittens shouldnt really eat for substance. This food is not very good nutritionally, especially for malnourished cats. The office also did not accurately fill up the same amount in each syringe for their meds!! DONT GO and DEFINITELY DONT BUY THE WELLNESS PLAN.

My baby dane just got her first toy here, I absolutely love the selection of items they have. They also have Female Guinea Pigs (easy to raise) that i have gotten 3 from.

This store is great! I have had to go there a lot because my closest Pet Smart is very small and they dont have everything the bigger stores have. This location has a great aquarium selection and tons of stuff for small pets, as well as the expected stuff for dogs and cats. They usually have crickets in stock but still good to call.

Use their groomers. Always happy with the staff and their groomers. They do an excellent job on my Morkie.

Clean, friendly employees, all the pet food and supplies you need, and they have a gromming station. We went in to get a hamster, and instead of someone just picking one up and throwing it in the box, she took us through the process, and showed them to us. She was very knowledgeable, kind, considerate of our time, and made the process so much easier.

You carry everything and anything I could possibly need. Thats awesome! But when I need help, the Mason team ALWAYS avoids eye contact and dodges down aisles to avoid customers. All I wanted was the whereabouts of the doggie Birthday cakes. Your trainers need to play a bigger role, to build knowledge and self esteem. Seems like a corporate problem to me.

Kelly is incredible. We bought two hermit crabs on a beach trip for our daughters and were having difficulty getting them acclimated to their new home. I really didn’t expect to find anyone that could answer any of my questions other than where items were located but boy was I wrong.I asked Kelly who was in the middle of stocking shelves and I couldn’t have been more surprised. She was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and super friendly. In a day where people want to “not work” and prefer to sit around and collect weekly checks it’s refreshing to meet people like her.I can’t say enough about my experience.....I am in the customer service business and I wish I could bottle what Kelly has and give it to my entire team.Thank you

Very rude to dogs. When I went for grooming with my French bulldog/pug they said they will take good care but when I came back my dog was scared and also he was shivering 🥶. They gave him a bath and did not even dry him. My dog was super scared and was really not comfortable. They be rough with dogs like they are a pillow and don’t feel anything. We told them “Can u cut his nails?” They said yes. But when we picked him up his nails were sharper then ever. We paid $50 and they did not do anything good. I prefer you that u should never ever go to pet smart for grooming. Super rude, Unfriendly to dogs, do not do a good job. U should never ever take your beloved great dog to them.

Took great care of my dog at Banfield and gave her a very stylish cone. The cone makes her the envy of her peers. Every dog we pass cant stop yapping about how jealous they are of her cone. Its made from very durable plastic, and gives her the ability to knock on the sliding glass door for entry with a light tap of the cone.The cone came with 6 snaps for additional security, and keeps her from scratching her underbelly which is healing quite nicely. Shes also able to scoop snow into the cone and eat it, which is her favorite.My only criticism is that the cone is unable to increase our wifi signal, which is disappointing because she looks like a satellite.

Awesome place to get all your pets needs and hygiene very friendly staff and very helpful as well giving my dog Creed and myself and great experience especially since my dog got to pick out his own toys.

Staff is wonderful. Doctors really take time and discuss your concerns (via phone during COVID). They treat YOUR pet...not a dog or a cat, etc.

Always check the online price before check out. I just brought the price of an aquarium test kit down from $30+ to less than $21. Kinda irked that they price differently, thus 4 instead of 5 stars, but they were very willing to accept the online price at checkout, so thanks for that.

Fantastic petsmart! I love how they have bigger fish tanks for their fish that they are selling. It was very clean and they had a TON of variety throughout the entire store. Next time I need new fish decorations, I know where to come. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I get my dog groomed here, and his vet (a.k.a. puppy HMO) is Banfield.The store always has a better (healthier) selection of treats. BillJacks peanut butter was a really big hit with my lil dude.

It is a amazing place, that has everything you could ever need for a pet. They even let you take your dogs inside and its surprisingly really clean. The only down side is that some of the stuff is expensive. But over I really liked it and it made my little boy Casper really.

PetSmart Hotel was outstanding and we wont worry about having to leave our dog next time.

Banfield clinic is nice and friendly. They have services for new pet owners that i am using for all of my puppies shots and any other issues that come up with him

They are getting rid of all their reasonably priced food. For example, they only had one bag of dry dog food by their brand, and it was for puppies. Ill have to look somewhere else thats more affordable.

Helpful associates and well organized aisles. Asked a few where are these items questions and was met with knowledgeable experience. Price matching online pricing was a breeze as well. So check the app or mobile site. Grooming, training, and daycare all under one roof.

Large parking lot. Lots of quality products for pets of all kinds. From little fishes to large dogs. Friendly staff. They have grooming services. And I, believe, they have pet hotel service if you should need or want to drop off your pet while being out of town, but I would check on that to be sure.

If you love your puppy, don’t leave them here. The staff especially the guy named Corey hardly knows how to take care of your puppy. Try Camp Bow Wow... This place is not well connected with their corporate office. Their call center and the staff here are totally disconnected organization. They will hardly pickup the phone and won’t honor commitment from their call center. There are lot better dog loving stores in Cincinnati.

I normally dont shop at PetSmart, but my sons dog was out of dog food. I also had a coupon for pet food so thats why I went to PetSmart. I purchased the food and left. Wasnt there too long. I was able to find what I needed.

Small selection of fish and theyre hardly ever stocked on live insects (superworms, meal worms, hornworms, Dubai roaches, etc.) for reptiles. But its clean and the cashiers are friendly.

The only place we shop for two dogs.

Told them several times not to cut my dogs nails because of anxiety (he only lets me do it), attempted to cut his nails before grooming him... then told me I know you said not to but I tried anyways. Basically they refused to groom him because of his anxiety and then ban him because they arent equipped to handle anxious dogs. No my dog did not try to bite her, he just yelped when she tried to touch him. She also charged me full price. Also my appointment was are 7 am. No one came into the grooming salon until 7:15 so I was literally left standing in the dark room by myself until someone arrived. I wouldnt come back when if I was allowed to. Ive always had great experiences with groomers in the past. This was not friendly and had a sour look on her face. Terrible customer service.

I like this location but am leaving two stars because I was overcharged on my purchase there today by $20. I understand these things happen but it’s frustrating that this isn’t the first time and I didn’t notice until I got home. Now I have to make a trip back to correct. I also notice items online are always cheaper then in store. It’s nice they do price match but unless you search online you’d never know it’s considerably cheaper then in store.

Very nice PetSmart location. The layout is great and the aisles are large and clean. The staff was amazingly helpful even though it was a chaotic time of day. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I wish the Lebanon PetSmart was like this one.

Incompetent staff who seem to either be deaf or just choose to ignore what is told to them by pet owners. Also if you still wish to set up an appointment with them ensure that it is an express appointment because just setting up a regular appointment is no better than doing a walk-in.

Pet Smart. The people are great, the store is big and bright, and they welcome pets.Three stars because the prices are always a premium price. The discounts are few and the better quality foods are rarely on sale.And, call me jaded, but I dont like stores that sell products that have a history of recalls due to contamination. Many of the PetSmart brand or products have had past issues.So, nice store, decent (not great) stock of higher end products, and expensive with nice people.

Taking beginner obedience classes here. I think they could be compressed to 5 classes, based on what weve done so far. Price was fair, tho.

This particular Petsmart is always very well stocked with varieties of cat food and toys. Almost all of the employees seem to be honestly care about the animals in the store. The couple times Ive overheard employees answering questions about caring for animals, their answers came from a place of actual understanding.One time, and this sticks with me over a month later, I overheard an employee explaining to a young kid wanting to get into bearded dragons how to care not just for their physical health, but their mental health as well. He wasnt condescending or childish, but spoke to her with excitement and knowledge.Petsmart may be more expensive and less convenient than ordering my cat stuff online, but as long as they keep employing people like that, its worth the extra cost.
