Eco development contacted us in the spring about retrofitting our lighting. Arrangements were made to complete the project when we were closed between Christmas and new years to avoid disruption of our business. When the day the work was to begin, we were told there was no scaffolding available and a crew was not available. The representative from the company is no longer returning our phone calls.Update: We have spoken to Kevin who is one of the principles of the company. He is working with us to complete the work if possible after business hours and is giving us a discount on the work as well. They seem to be working to make this right for us.January 20, 2017 - The installation was completed to our satisfaction. The crew were professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would have rated the company a 5 had we not the initial problem getting the job completed and we would recommend the company to others.
