Ive been very critical of other repair companies in the past, but Mason Appliance Repair didnt let me down. Service was more than excellent. I love the communication and everyones attitude toward their customer.

I strongly recommend using Mason Appliance Repair for all your appliance repair needs! I just tried them for my leaky fridge a couple of weeks ago and I was never wrong about calling them. First the person on the phone was nice and scheduled me for a tech right away. Their tech was on time, well prepared and nice enough to explain everything to me. Lastly I was charged reasonably, I will call them again, definitely!
Booked appointment on Monday for Tuesday to get my fridge fixed. Left service charge at around $60. They called me back on Tuesday to reschedule appointment for Wednesday. Ok. It’s Wednesday, they are calling me to cancel appointment because they do not have any technicians available, but they are saying they are not charging me for service fee)))) what a joke company
This company was very easy to deal with. Everyone knew what they were talking about and they know how to work on different appliances of different brands!
How is this place in business???? They canceled several times without calling and we had to call them to find out they where not coming the days they committed to. We went over a week without a dryer. Also they would not let us speak with a manager. We called another company that was professional and came when they said they would.
This place sucks! I had an appointment with them, took off work and waited for them and they never showed up. I called and they said they had to cancel my appointment. I guess they weren’t going to bother telling me.
I would not use this company. I scheduled an a appointment 3 times. All three times I waited at the house for the 2-3 hour time slot, but the technician was a no show. 2 out of 3 times there was no phone call to let me know or apologize for the inconvenience. I had to give my credit card number to make the appointment, so this all seems very shady to me.
