My computer got a virus. I took it into Best Buy Geek Squad. After all was said and done I needed a reinstall of the Windows 10 operating system. Yes, the virus did that much damage to my system.The Geek Squad showed me some products that would improve my system making it work faster and better. They not only know their products, they have excellent prices and are willing to install the hardware.I am very impressed with the products, product knowlege, service and attitude.

I dropped off a computer that has Geek Squad Protection for repair over 30 days ago - I stopped in to the store today to get an update and was told by the Agent working to call the 1-800 number for an update...
