The building has old town charm and the people are great! No matter what time or day you enter the building, you are hit with the smell of fresh bacon from the sandwich shop on the ground floor! Makes me hungry every single time! Public rest rooms were very clean!

A beautiful building downtown Mason City Iowa. One of the oldest. I work there at night cleaning it.

This place has such beautiful architectural detail-- you must go inside and ceiling-gaze on the main floor; the outer facade has bright blue waves along the top--something youre likely to miss unless traveling on foot. Stop in at the coffee shop or restaurant around the corner and enjoy the large picture windows overlooking a busy corner and several artworks on the sculpture walk.

I love the architectural - I haven’t gone past the third floor since Turning Leaf Counseling is on the third floor. My psychiatrist transfer there - great place as well!I’d love to try the diner on the first floor though
