Broker charges for every little thing possible. Short Pays $25.00 on each load for pallets. No one charges for pallets yet they do. Booked a shipment with the owner 10/05/2018. He did not tell me about the wash out fee and he did not tell me about the shipper performing an inspection on the trailer. Shipper charged me $80.00 for sealing up cracks. We have been hauling with this trailer and no one has charged me for anything. Owner refused to pay for detention, shipper inspection/seal and wash out. Said he does not care. He sends his own trucks there and thats what he pays. At the end, said he has another call coming thru and hung up. Very unprofessional. They also will not work with smaller factoring companies, causing issues with payments on the signed bol instead of packing slip. They need originals on their loads as well when no one is asking for originals anymore.

Dont pay on time takes them 3 months even after turning in originals.
