Not one to ever leave a bad review but very dissapointed with the owner. I put a weeks worth of mine and my husbands clothes in the dryer and left (I understand I should of stayed but due to work I had to leave for a couple hours.) Went back and clothes were gone. I left a voice message for the owner asking him to call me back as I was really upset. Woke up in the morning and called again and explained the story. He said he will call the cleaners and ask. Cleaner said she didnt take them out so the owner said he will check the cameras and call me / text me back. I explained to him the details. What time and what i was wearing ect. I also texted him a pic of which side of machines I was talking about. 2 days later i called again and he said 1. He deleted my texts. 2. His new cameras dont take a screenshot? I asked if he can take a pic from his phone. Mind you he didnt even check them yet. And 3. He wanted a picture of me. I told him i can explain exactly what i was wearing and what time, my purse ect. He kept insisting i send a picture of me which is uncomfortable for me. I know I wont get my clothes back even if I have a pic of who took them but you never know who it could be and the fact this owner didnt seem to care or go the extra step to look into this situation to help me feel better is extremely dissapointing!

The washing machines smelled mildewy and there were people that kept coming in and out of there that clearly were not customers. One filled up eight one-gallon jugs with water then locked himself in the bathroom for an hour. He also took someone elses clothes out of a dryer (and not because he needed to use it) and asked everyone if they were their clothes.

I thought that the prices on the washers were trying to expensive but what can I say you know.

Wednesday is 40% off big machine day! Did not know and was glad. Place was clean, and machines worked that we chose. Glad it was near Jimmy John’s for a sandwich while waiting

I really like the 8 load washing machines and I can swipe my cards to use it instead of quarters. The only complaint I have is the times I have been there the laundromat was dirty. Not cleaned very well at all. I opened the doors to the front load washers and they stunk like moldy basement. Front loaders need air flow to dry out and they need wiping out especially around the seal since that is the place mold will start growing. Please place signs and have people leave the doors open. Great place but I will have to find another laundromat that takes care of the equipment better if this change does not happen

Staff stays on top of the cleaning. Lots of machines for when it gets busy. Good prices.

Machines dont empty completely of water. Clothes from other people were still wet when they went to use dryers.

Decent prices and the machines work well.Took our coveralls here and they came very clean after 1 wash.We were pleased with the prices and the place and the washers were all clean.Will be returning here.

The 1st time I would wasnt so bad. The only thing that was a little sketchy was the cleaning lady was taking trash out in the provided laundry baskets that ppl put Clean clothes into....SmHWhen I was in there last Saturday it was filthy ( Floors had tread marks from shoes, & Dryer sheets all over the floor. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while) and had an unpleasant smellThe thing that really drew me to the place was the Fact you could us a Credit Card, but now I am not Sure thats even worth it

Wow a lot has changed since I was younger doing laundry in a laundry mat. Go on Wednesday, otherwise it is expensive. It was fine just seemed expensive, keep pushing selections on the washer and they keep charging, I had no idea.

Big machines were supposed to be half price on Wednesday I had to pay full price for mine dont know why, place is clean though.

Nice place with more than enough large to super capacity washers and dryers, also very convient with up to date machines that accept change or pay with card, and open 24/7, always clean and well-maintained

Wednesday is my day.....and a chance to watch another thrilling episode of....AS THE SOCK TURNS.....thats my copyright....

Went there tonight came home to put clothes away and saw that about 4 clothing items were ruined by something that was probably in the washer. One of the items I just bought yesterday.

I Like The Washers And At Sometimes The Driers. The Driers Like To Eat My Quarters (Small Amounts)

They have the big washers that do eight loads at one time little expensive but one washer thats all or the still have a lot of double loads washers tooo

Machines are newer so they work better.

Clean place, but dryers are always out of oirder and you lose money. They never respond to your losses.

Half off Wednesdays are a joke. Only a couple of extra large ones are half off.

This is a clean, well-lighted place where friendly patrons make wash-day not only tolerable but also a pleasant retreat from the more aggressive demands of the day.

Filthy and stinky atmosphere. This place is poorly taken care of. Months of lint and garbage between machines and filthy floor. Walked in and walked out!!!
