Initially the key making machine was a bit awkward to use, but the instructions walk you through well enough. New key worked great.

I made an extra entry key to my home. It was reasonably priced and for the convenience of a kiosk to help myself and I didnt have to wait for an associate! Although, payment was an issue. The kiosk accepts only cards and for whatever reason it would not accept my bank card that had a chip, luckily my friend was with me and she was able to swipe her card to complete the transaction.

Great, easy way to get a car key made. It was a few days late (due to Covid) but they took money off because it was late! Great costumer service

This is not a locksmith service in the Mason City area. Its just a kiosk to make keys.KeyMe needs to update the services provided so it doesnt come up as a locksmith in the area.

While it takes some time to have multiple copies of a key cut, the keys do work as expected.

Very easy system for making very good quality keys.
