Arrived at 9:30pm for an appointment the next day at 8:00am, gate was open and drove straight back to the right and there is parking, dont know if its for overnight parking but I stayed the whole night and no one bother me at 6:00 am they open and took my paperwork and gave me a door by 8:00am I was an my way out.Nice attitude and excellent service.Thank you guys

Very nice employees.its very small Mclane so its best to be there right at appt time unless you call first.pilot t/s 8 miles away on hwy 18 & I35.when i got there i just pulled thru the gate to the right & stopped right before door 1 checked in she gave me door 6, so i just had to pull up and then hard left to the fence line perfect room to back straight in my door.they didnt take long at all to unload me.

Not very professional service change the price of the lamper, which means that you have to wait quite a long time

Horrible place to work! The transportation manager has a huge ego and thought he was superman as a driver. He annoyed customers with his cocky attitude. Drivers work at different speeds, but his speed and being a hero was his main goal. His sidekick was argumentative and arrogant. This place is for drivers who put no emphasis on professionalism and customer service.

This company only cares about their walmart contract, their drivers dont care about delivering good product, they will stack heavy boxes on top of crushable items such as bread, leave freezer items in the cooler without telling anyone effectively ruining $100s worth of product, basically if youre not walmart then they dont care about you, and if walmart has an issue they will bend over backwards to fix it and it doesnt matter to them what other companies it effects, they should really be a walmart only distributer because thats what they act like, if you can go somewhere else I would, this company has fallen off track and it only gets worse year after year

No overnight parking not sure about restrooms but fast unloading don’t care about appointment but ready to pay lumping fee...
