Kyle in the parts department is GREAT, he may not have been able to get me a part- it was not a Caterpillar product- but he did tell me who could get the part. With parts guys like him I may be interested in buying a CAT skid loader in the future.

This is twice now that Ziegler has exceeded our expectations and got us out of a jam...Parts were in stock, and service was fast and accurate. A mechanic did a quick (2 minute install) of a part and didnt even open a service case - unheard of in this day and age! Competent honest service at its finest.
