Absolutely wonderful experience, went above and beyond. Such a relief after feeling so anxious about needing repairs and coming off of a not so great experience with another business in town. He was considerate of my limits in having one vehicle and four young children. My son was sick the day I dropped my car off and they delivered it to me at the end of the day. I’m so surprised they got everything and a little extra done in the same day! I will most definitely go back if I have future needs and I will recommend Scotty’s to anyone and everyone.

Brought my car in thursday. Was told it was going to be done in a day. Called him the next day and he said it would be done in 15 minutes. Called him back after 15 minutes passed and he did not answer. I tried calling him at least 7 times before closing and he never answered a single call and failed to call me and tell me that I would now have to wait all weekend for my car to be done. It is now Monday I finally got should of him and he again said it would be done after noon. He closes in 10 minutes and I have tried calling at least y times and no answer. Now I have to wait yet another night.... lack of communication is obviously a problem especially since I too have to be to work. UPDATE-- they have now contacted me and told me the reasoning behind their delay. It might have been a little late but I am happy to know how my car is doing. Therefore I will add more stars
