10/10 for Hawkeye Auto Body! Everyone was professional and welcoming! My vehicle looks great!! Two things stood out to me. 1. Lance M. went above and beyond to make sure I got to and from to get another vehicle. He went out of his way to help me. Much appreciated!!! 2. They absolutely rolled out the red carpet! I got into my vehicle and they had vacuumed it and made it look very nice despite of how dirty it was when I dropped it off. I would absolutely recommend this place for any of your auto body needs!!

My son (college student) was driving through Iowa on his way home when he heard a dragging noise from the front end of his car. He exited the highway in Mason City and found Hawkeye Auto. Paint job on my hood and and fender was good. I wasnt happy that they couldnt notice that the new hemi emblem that they installed wasnt the same as the other side. To me this would be common sense to check. Also the buffing job was average at best there was at least two spots that got overlooked. I understand people are human at the end of the day. Also i didnt appreciate that theres was no one there from management to go over my vehicle when i went to pick it up during shop hours to see if i was content. Im just glad i wasnt the one paying the bill as the crappy safelite management was already on the hook for the repairs. I wouldnt take my car back to this place personally.
