The Knoxville area is not accepting of Floridians moving there.

When inquiring about a property or applying, if someone does not meet the requirements.. its never professional to call that applicant and speak to them like a small child in trouble, Karen.We did not meet the credit requirements by a few points. I even went as far as to explain that our score would be different in a few days, as we were working with someone in order to build our credit and paid down/off everything. I was accurate, as only 2 days after the incident with Karen.. our score jumped 30+ points and was well over the credit requirement. That wasnt the point though. Karen acted offended that we had the audacity to even think about applying in the first place. Speaking down to me as though I was a child with a firm Hunny! I wish you would have called me...your credit isnt good enough! Sounds like it wouldnt be that offensive, right? Wrong. It was the disgusted, loud, rude tone of her voice. That condescending distaste for the mere inconvenience of her having to make that phone call to inform us. I was polite, professional and respectful. We are building credit to buy and now we have reached the score needed to do so, and so this is not coming from a place of resentment or anger, but more of a little tip on customer service and hospitality for Karen. Youre representing homeowners, and your company when you speak to probable tenants..this isnt a good look Karen. Please understand that when people contact you, theyre in need of a home and times can be trying right now..being kinder and more compassionate will definitely get you places in your career and life. It was never about being rejected, I understand. Its about how you choose to communicate that to the other party. I write this publicly in the event that others find this helpful when choosing or considering agents or management companies to work with in the future. Best wishes.

VERY unprofessional!!!! That Terra chick NEVER follows up or answers the dang phone!!!! She needs to be replaced by someone better at their job. MUCH better!!!!

Tony is always profesionall and very kind. He was fair and quick to fix issues as they came up with the home. Having dealt with many property managers I would say he is tops.

In my experience, I would never suggest to use realty executives as a rental company to anyone. My father and I used Steve Smith, so that we could write up a contract together for a rental property, we were also advised that he would report the payments of the tenants to the credit companies. Specifically advising that using them as a company would help their credit situation. Nothing of the sort has been done and when I called to ask why this wasnt something that was done after 2 years of using this service, I was hung up on. We have not seen Mr. Smith at the property, he has been unresponsive for service inquiries, nothing as much as a phone call from him since the contract was written up over 2 years ago. Very unprofessional, expensive for what they do, which is nothing. Unhappy tenants, unhappy property owner. If you do use this service, make sure you get your moneys worth! They take a 10% cut of the rent just to send an email every month! Use an online service to write a contract and have it notarized. Youll save lots of money and lots of effort!

Have been waiting over a week to hear back from Tara. Tried calling her a few times, even sent her a text but apparently she cant respond to a text either. Even left a message with someone that answered the phone to get her to call me but she still never did. Asked for someone else who could help and was told that nobody else could help since Tara is the property manager. Since they cannot return calls, I could only imagine what would happen if you had something important to talk to them about!!!
