All of the employees here were very helpful today. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I wish I would have caught their names but I was in a bit of a rush. I was able to get my car in to pass SMOG in about 30 min. They also checked all my fluids for me and helped me fill my engine oil before I left. I was recommended by some family and friends and I will definitely be returning. So glad to have a local auto repair shop that I know I can trust. I would give 6 stars if I could!! The guys at Palmer auto are awesome. I got an estimate from the Toyota dealership that seem unreasonable and ask them for a 2nd opinion. My quote from the dealership was almost $3k. They inspected my vehicle and found that it was not what the dealership stated. My $3k estimate turned out to be a $200 repair. These guys are honest and have the upmost integrity. Highly recommended. Will be a return customer for life.

God these guys are awesome! They’re so responsive and so friendly and honest and they’re able to fix anything! They’re so quick too, i’ve had other mechanics tell me it’ll take a few days to fix the issues on my car but my guys will have my car ready the next day after it’s taken in. Awesome shop!

Took the truck in for repairs due to wheel and tire vibration, loss of power, shaking while braking and engine ticking noise. Was given a est of repair costs, and suggestions. Got my truck back the next day, and my steering wobble and vibrations are gone, braking is back to normal and I even feel a little more power back in the old girl. Thanks guys!

I made an appointment to check out my car because it was overheating but luckily for me I was able to fix it myself. I totally forgot to cancel my appointment and left these guys hanging but from our brief conversation on the phone and the voicemail they left, these people are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable mechanics and Ive talked to. Good experience spoke with owner gave us confidence about their knowledge with our vehicle. 98 Forrester. Work was done quickly. They pointed out a few things to keep an eye since we are not ready to tackle yet. We are new to area and after calling a couple other shops we chose them. We feel we have chosen well.

My family has been taking our cars in to Brian for many, many years, and Ill keep taking all our vehicles in so long as we live in the area. He is, without fail, honest and up front about any work he does and the parts he uses, and I always know he has my best interests in mind when determining what work needs to be done and what work can wait. Brian even spent time trying to chase down a cheaper transmission filter for my Yaris, and he informed me right away that the part was more expensive than he was expecting. If youre looking for a top quality mechanic that will shoot straight and stand by his work, look no further!

THE BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER GONE TO. VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY WERE ACTUALLY ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR UNLIKE THE PREVIOUS SHOP I HAD GONE TO THAT HAD ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY THREE TIMES. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX EVERYTHING I HAD WRONG WITH MY 2011 JETTA. DEFINITELY WILL BE MY ONLY GO-TO SHOP FROM NOW ON.

This place looks good my first time I gave them my 03 grand marquis ultimate edition my only car and here we are done early. ok so after receiving my car a new check eng light after running the code I was told it was due to a bad cat however this code was not on when I arrived... After doing some homework and redoing the entire job myself I found it was throwing code because of residue inside the engine burning off and not able to be burnt by the cat...so bad fix. Also while I was there two women were complaining one BMW missing skidplates and another vehicle released before it was actually fixed... Not as good a place as I had thought and I will not return overcharged not fixed right

It was fourth of July and I was on my way to get munchies for a celebration I was headed to, when all the sudden my car wouldnt turn and the ac was suddenly hot as someone who knows nothing about cars I was completely dumbfounded trying to see where the funny sound was coming from I hit the gas and them pop a loud noise came from it and the entire car was done. :( at this time I lived about four hours away for school and needed to get back home for school that Monday! I frantically called the Palmers shop by way of a friend’s recommendation and the owner knew through my horrible explanation and repeat of funny sounds over the phone exactly what had happened. So I had my car towed to his shop and although he said he was pretty busy until Wednesday he managed to have my car ready much sooner which was amazing! I have told family and friends about his shop and that is all we go to now, (Oil changes, brake repairs and the unexpected) he is our guy. He takes great care of his customers and is an honest, hardworking businessman! If you want a trust worthy mechanic, someone who will take care of your vehicle like his own, and has wonderful customer service go to Palmers Auto Repair you will not regret it!!! This shop has been around for a long time for a reason!!
