Good place to work out. Priced well and its clean. The staff is also friendly.

I love this gym!! Ive always felt embarrassed to go to the gym because Im obese. The staff is very nice and I really feel that Im not being judged or even looked at. All the equipment is super easy to use with picture and sometimes written instructions on how to use. Ive started a new journey with my weight and am seeing progress daily. This is the first gym Ive joined and I dont see me ever leaving.

I love this place. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they are always cleaning. The bathrooms are immaculate. The trash is never full. Theres not a spec of dust, all the mirrors arent covered in streaks or fingerprints. Just great environment all the way around.

Needs to be updated. The Eden location is much nicer.I tried this club for the second time tonight. I drove 25 minutes from work to get to this location that is open 24/7. I was surprised to see them closed when I got there. I had to drive another 35 minutes home. The hours need to be updated because this was a total waste of my time and it is very deceiving to monthly paying customers.

The associate was really nice and answered any questions I had.

Machines all have clear instructions on how to use them and what parts of your body each machine works. Locker rooms are extremely clean and well kept. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. I never feel like I am being watched or bothered while I’m there. I love this gym.

I love this place. I try to go late so I can exercise alone because Im a little self conscious but the staff are very nice and eager to help.

I dont write many reviews, but this one is exceptionally bad. Extremely poor communication and an unwillingness to compromise on multiple attempts to cancel a membership that began before Covid existed. Customer service said they completely see why there was confusion, but could only blame it on the pandemic and refused to offer any kind of compromise. Extremely poor communication on top of blaming the pandemic for a faulty policy isnt worth the $10 bux per month to rid yourself of your connection to this place. Join a privately owned gym or the YMCA

Always clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. My favorite time of day is 6AM!

Very nice modern facility. Kept very clean. Nice guy at the front desk. Good number of machines. Only thing thats the trainer needs to work some weekend time or evening time for people who dont have schedules that allow an eight to five trainer

They are lacking equipment that is said to exist on this location on the app this is probably due to delays due to covid but i dont think the app should be updated untill the equipment is installed and ready for use

I love my gym. I have the black membership, so I can tan and use the massage features as well as bring a friend every time I go. Great place, and I never feel like I dont belong.

Nothing at all to complain about. Plenty of room, plenty of ways to work out and everything, and the price is better than right.

The trainer is always understanding and helpful and the atmosphere once you walk in is very welcoming and friendly from the staff. I never feel out of place or bad about myself when I am there. Coming in to the gym to feel good and be healthier is my goal and Planet Fitness is a place that I believe is best for me.

I havent been to many gyms so not sure if my experience counts much. But they do have a lot on offer for $10 a month. Wish I actually went more often to actually use it. One of the more full gyms in Martinsville.

A place for all to exercise at their own pace

Hands down I have never really been to a place that is Overjoyed you to be there and I feel like Im the only person in the world and yet theres hundreds of people there I still cant get a grasp on it but every time I walk through the door I have big huge open eyes with a smile that says hi and goodbye thank you for coming its crazy

Love the ambient lighting, clean equipment and restrooms. Hydro massage is amazing.

I go to tan now. Its always clean and fast. Its the best deal even if your interested in tanning.

I took the tour of the facility and was completely blown away at how nice the gym was. The media bashes PF so much that I wasnt sure what to expect or if I even wanted to join. From what I saw and discussed with the young lady that gave me the tour, Im going to be very happy here.

I Love it, you dont have to worry about anyone watching you. If you need help with anything the staff doesnt hesitate, they are there and on point when you need them. Planet Fitness is the place to be.

Great gym but closing for the hurricane for the safety of the employees and members that is ridiculous we are not even going to be affected by the hurricane except by some slightly higher than normal rain and thats not occurring for at least 3 more days
