Excellent experience, start to finish. They were enthusiastic with my less anxious kids, keeping them enthusiastic as well. Super patient and gentle with my timid kiddos. They explained everything and just had an all around great setup going. Youd think taking six kids to the dentist by myself all at once would have been torture but nope, it was a true blue pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend them to anybody with kiddos, and definitely will be continuing our care with them.

Teresa and the other dental hygienists did a great job with my 5 children! All of my kids agreed that the dental hygienists were very gentle while cleaning their teeth. My youngest child had a terrible dental experience about a year ago with a different dentist. Kids First Dental has made her very comfortable and eliminated her fears of going to the dentist.

From the day we called for an appointment and every step of the way this office has been EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone from the front desk to hygienist and dentist were very friendly, kind and compassionate...pain free visit! I would highly recommend these guys, especially for first time dentist visits for kiddos. They were very patient, didnt feel rushed and eased the nerves of my 10 yr old foster child who has never been to the dentist before. The Roanoke office equally as great!

My kid went in for teeth extraction and a filling. Teresa kept him comfortable and engaged. Dr Brown moved quickly and they talked him through the process. We were in and out. They were awesome.

Teresa was amazing with my son. An he have issues with any doctor or nurse but she made him feel very comfortable an at ease. She even came outside to deliver the message that my son had to say. We love Dr. Brown and all of the staff! My 4 year has a huge fear of the dentist and they always take their time and are extremely patient with us. Dr. Brown is very reassuring and explains everything. They are very understanding even when I ask a million questions and my son makes them change toothpaste flavors 4 times during a routine cleaning because hes picky (and stalling lol). I wont take my son anywhere else even though we drive from Danville!

Weve been bringing our girls here for years. Even with COVID, Teresa has always made the girls feel safe and now they go in by themselves. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Brown himself is great amd easy to work with!!

My son Jackson has been going to Kids First Dental since he was 4 years old. The nurses along with Dr. Brown has always been courteous, kind, and considerate towards him. By him being autistic, they know how to talk and keep him calm, and has had a lot of patience with him.

My daughter has attended this facility since she was 6 months old and she is currently 5. They make her feel comfortable and at home everytime she visits. She told me today as we were leaving our visit “mommy I just love coming to Dr.Browns office”, I hated the dentist at her age. Teresa is GREAT! My daughter had expressed some nervousness, she politely and calmy talked her through every step of the process and ALWAYS answers any questions respectfully, BEST bedside manner hands down. Dr.Brown is awesome, he never recommends over evasive mouth procedures like neighboring dentistries and my daughters teeth have remained healthy. i would give them 10 stars if that was an option. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you’re looking for a dental family that is kid and family friendly.

This is a great kids dental office! All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Right now because of Covid-19 they actually come out to the car with a mask to get them. When everything is finished they come out and tell you about the appointment.

We love going here. My kids are very picky and if it wasnt for Jessica(martinsville) being so patient with my kids then I doubt mine would even go to the dentist. We absolutely love Jessica and everytime I make an appointment I have to make sure she is there or I dont make the appointment. Dr. Brown has always been nice and fast, he has done mostly all of my kids dental work.

Dr. Brown was very nasty with my kids. He doesnt even talk to the kids. My son asked him a question and he lied to him. Then tried to numb my son and the needle went through his lip twice. He wouldnt even apologize and said that it was my sons fought. I dont reckamen him. The two stars is for his staff.

I live 30 miles from the doctors office and they wait until I have already made it to Martinsville to call me to cancel my daughters appointment 15 minutes before. I had to take her out of school for nothing. I doubt that I will ever attempt to bring her there. PS This was supposed to be her first appointment there.
