Moving here from another state and buying a home here in Henry County left us unknowing of people to contact for service work we needed on our homes plumbing. We have called Martinsville Plumbing on a few occasions now to fix a variety of plumbing in Our home. Theyve always done a excellent job for Us. Their prompt from answering the phone to dispatching service people out to do the job. We have come to rely and know them so well from the owner Mike to his service team Herbie and Steve to Karen in the office. Mike, Karen and Matt at Martinsville Plumbing, Heating and Air are awesome! I was visiting my mother in Martinsville when she told me that her heat wasnt working and her toilet had been leaking. I didnt know who to call but then saw a sign for Martinsville PH&A. I called right away and left a message. Mike returned my call the same day and Karen sent Matt out the very next day to assess the damages. Matt replaced the flooring and toilet in the bathroom and the furnace was repaired all in the same day. Matt was kind enough to send before and after photos of the bathroom. He did a great job and my mother is very happy. It is comforting to know that a reputable and reliable company is near my mother whenever I may need them again. I highly recommend their services.

Karen was amazing to work with. The company did not work on the specific heating unit I have but she took the time to help me any way she could. I do not take time to post reviews very often but hers and the companies customer service deserve praise. Very appreciative of the time spent and help. Going to use them for all of my hvac and plumbing needs in the future.

They do business the way it should be done. They returned my call in a timely fashion, they showed up when they said they would be there, and their estimate was given to me the following day. As bad as it is to say, its hard to find this kind of service with HVAC companies in this area.
