I am a local realtor. I had a buyer who needed a very thorough and honest inspection on a pool at a house he had made an offer to buy. AquaPro came on time and conducted an excellent pool and equipment inspection at a fair price. Ive had experiences with other companies that I would not speak of here. But AquaPro was professional. In my line of work that is far and away the most important aspect of doing business. I will not hesitate to use them again.

We got very bad responses by Aquapro Pool when we requested service from them. We simply wanted them to take a look at the issue since we do not understand pool as a first time home owner but we got cold answer and eventually they didnt provide the service.

Very bad company, the technician only spent 15 min on the pool with troubleshooting the problem, he was in rush to leave to next call without looking futur the problem.i do not recommend the company.

We used them to get our pool up and running when we first moved into our house in Concord at the end of 2017. Not only did they consistently show up late but they had to come back 4+ different time to fix things that they said were working but would magically not work when I tried them. I am writing this review because after only a year I am having to have some of the work that they did re-done because it has already started to leak.

These guys are very knowledgable on pool equipment, carry virtually every replacement part i have ever needed (i have Jandy equipment which isnt as popular as pentair so parts are harder to find), and provide great advice for the DIY guy like me or for someone looking for guidance on how to fix problems. Leslie pool company is a joke compared to these guys!

Was not happy with pool service and over charged . If you have any type of dog make sure the dog dont care who comes in your yard to clean pool. This company not willing to call or knock on the door before entering your yard. Also flakey when remember that you spoke to them about what you needed done.
