My wife was not able to get a simple finger print verification with a temporary DMV license and secondary forms of ID.The DMV had no problem accepting her valid passport with her maiden name and marriage certificate as proof of identity. We called the Sheriff’s office they were Ok with it too but were closing. Finally UPS was still open and she had no trouble getting fingerprinted. For whatever reason this Pak Mail location failed to follow standard state level practices and lost our business, in our own home town.

Terry was able to help me out with polite, friendly, professional service. Pak Mail proved to be a nice welcome into the Martinez community. And I found some great cards as well.

Very good service. Polite and friendly service. No long lines. Faxes are only a $1 a page. I call ahead to make sure someone is there and there not too busy. Downtown and very convenient for me to go too. Parking not easy sometimes but well worth going. Its next to Starbucks across Main St. Martinez

It is 9:19 and he is not here even though he supposed to open at 9:00. Ive used this location a few times but the guy does not look too pleasant. No Hi! or nothing as you enter. He does NOTHING above and beyound to make customers welcomed. Dissapointed!Changed from 2 to 4 stars. The guy contacted me and tried to explain it. That means he cares and he is involved! Still, call me crazy but if the schedule says 9AM I expect the store to open at 9!! Im not absurd, right?Still, the cares and this is important!!

Ive dropped in a few times to quickly use the computer to print out documents, make copies, and use the notary service. Each time I have left pleased with the assistance, quickness, and reasonable cost.
