Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever gotten and i am 47. She did the exact opposite of everything i asked for.

I thought they did a great job on settling my hair, especially Darin. My hair looks just like it did in the 80s (that was the style I wanted) and Darin did it from a picture. Thanx so much!!!

Took my daughter in to have her hair cut. It was an hour before closing, the male stylist said it would be around 30 minutes. We shopped in Walmart & she went back. He cut a several inches off a section in the front, he didnt even trim the dead ends off most of her hair. What he did do is spray her in the face several times. This was a disgrace for anyone, but even worse a teen. I gave $18.00 & I dont know for what cause it sure wasnt for the service it was paid.

I called beforehand and asked if they could do a haircut for my grandson, he’s 4. The gentleman on the phone said yes. We arrived, my grandson sat in the chair, and it was all downhill from there!! Never, ever have I witnessed such unprofessionalism! The male stylist never acknowledged my grandson the entire time he sat in the chair, got annoyed that he brushed the itchy hair off his neck, got even more annoyed that he turned his head ONE time to see his mom. The stylist took his apron off and announced “ I can’t do this!”, stopped the haircut and walked away!!

The man that cut moms hair was awesome.

Took 2 hours for an all-over color and cut. It also ended up being streaked and splotchy. Two workers were very unprofessional after receiving a phone call from an unsatisfied customer. They laughed and joked about what the women was saying in front of me and two other customers.

Eric cut my hair. Very nice stylist. Recommend him.

Rick from Smartstyle Salon in Martin, TN was wonderful. My son and I used to get our hair cut at another salon and could not leave without it costing over $100. My basic hair cut was $20 and my sons was $15. I have to admit I was in a hurry and wanted my long hair cut into a layered Bob, plus I showed Rick a picture of what I wanted and it came out PERFECT!!! Also, my son loved his cut and asked if we ever had to go back to the other salon. We will keep going to see Rick, he did a perfect job, personable friendly. We could have NOT got a better hair cut! Thanks!!

Quick, convenient haircut. I was new to the area, and wanted to find a cheap (but not too cheap) haircut. This was the place. Prices arent available on the website, but when I went (07/05/16) it was $15.50. There was only one stylist working (it was early on a Wednesday), so I had to wait 20 min, but she did an excellent job and was friendly.I have found my cheap haircut place in Martin.

Refused to give a certified nursing assistant the medical worker discount as i was not a nurse or a doctor, i legally have to be tested weekly due to being a medical worker, i should have gotten this discount

Only two stylists to choose from. Wasnt actually given a choice as one was occupied when we arrived. Didnt care for the haircut my daughter received. But there was no wait.

I will never go back here again... the last time I went I had my hair cut and colored... the girl that did it kept cutting my hair in the back because she had 2 huge white lines on both sides trying to cut them out instead of putting color on it ... she cut my hair about a 1/2 inch all the way up to the crown .... my hair was to my shoulders .... still never got it out and still left the 2 big white streaks on both sides of the back of my head.....on each side was terribly uneven as well... she also put 2 colors on my hair and never covered my gray that I specifically ask to make sure she did... I dont know where they school some of these people that work here....or why they would hire these people that clearly is not ready to do real peoples hair....some should never touch someones hair at all... my grandson could have done this well... my husband freaked out when I came home and so did other family members..I was having my family reunion that Saturday....smh....I paid $128 for this girl to mess up my hair which will take a long time to grow back.... I will never again go there and will tell others about my experience
