I got wax services from Krissy about two weeks ago. I wanted to wait to write the review so that I can write about before and after. It was the first time I got so much waxed at once. Before she began she asked me questions about my skin and pass experiences. She explained what she would be doing and how it may feel. She was detailed and professional. The office smelled good and was clean. I only went there for waxing services, but left feeling completely relaxed. My skin felt so smooth and two weeks have passed and I am still smooth. Krissy is amazing - very kind and is very accommodating. When I was pregnant I LIVED for her massages. Ive also had my legs waxed by her, and she is fast but does an amazing job. The product she uses is great - I dont have skin irritation like I have had with other professional waxing. Shes also very fun to talk to :)Highly recommend! !

Massage was not as deep tissue massage as I would have expected. And for the cost and the time spent my back really felt no better after. I was disappointed.

I am able to make an appointment online, the site is very user friendly, or message Warm Touch via Facebook messenger with any questions I may have. Ive gone to Warm Touch for 8 years for massage and waxing services. Ive always received excellent service and look forward to my next visit.

Definitely wouldnt recommend this place due to the fact that theyre hard to get into contact with. With that being said, my mother was the winner of a 50% off a massage through Facebook. When trying to set up an appointment with the spa, nobody would pick up the phone so my mother tried to leave a message. After a day or so has passed she messaged them through Facebook to see if they got her message, the owner Krissy responded with paragraphs about how shes been too busy to call anybody while writing paragraphs upon paragraphs. In that time frame she would have been able to give a call but instead didnt. Then she offered a prize to my mother in replace of the massage. She wouldnt say what it was and then decided to tell her that her establishment wouldnt be an environment shed prefer. At this point she blocked my mother from her Facebook page so I took action and left a review upon my mothers behalf. It took Krissy five months to respond to the review and stated that my mother threatened her and also that shes only had to turn down a handful of clientele. I responded back again to my review and her comments where she deleted the review and as well blocked me. I do have screenshots of the messages between her and my mother along with my review, her comment and my comment. Figured I should share our experience and her actions to give the consumer an insight to their customer service.

Very BAD experience. She BURNED spots on my face with hot wax.When informed and asked to be careful she did not take it well and became extremely rude.BEWARE.
