My i-phone was taking over 12 hours to charge and no longer holds a charge for long. I read that installing a new battery will help. I brought my i-phone in Marshfield Tech and Wesley assisted me in replacing the battery and the charging port for a reasonable fee. The i-phone now charges fast and its holding the charge well. I brought my phone in and my screen was so cracked, I didn’t know if it was repairable. Wesley had to order my replacement screen, it came over night and I went right there and got it it fixed in about a half an hour. Just alittle over 24 hours and my phone is just like new!

Wesley was very nice and helpful. They replaced my phone screen and it works just as good as the original. They even offered to stay open late so I could get my phone back that night if the repair took longer than expected. I will be back if I need another phone screen replaced.

I had accidentally cracked my phone and I called up this place to help me out. They were fast and friendly towards me. Verizon wanted to bill me a lot of money and 2 weeks of wait for a new screen with examination of my phone. I dropped my phone off to the clerk named Westley. I came back in an hour with my screen replaced, an examination of all that was wrong with my phone, Phone speaker was cleared out, a new screen protector on the house, and it all was less than $90. I strongly recommend this place, I am posting a month after it’s fix, and my phone is working better than ever.

We came in with 3 tablets to have the screens fixed after our kids cracked them, honestly shattered them. He was able to order the parts for 2 tablets to repair and the third we found out had a screen protector on it and the actual screen was fine. Woohoo!!! Made my week! He said it would be up to 8 days for shipping and then a day to put the new screens in. Well 5 days later I was called both were fixed and ready to be picked up. On top of that he ordered me a screen protector to replace the one that was cracked and applied it to the screen. Thank you so much for being so helpful, honest and quick! The 2 tablets work like they are brand new. We are very very happy with our experience with Marshfield Technology and will definitely be taking all devices to them in the future. Quick and inexpensive replacement of an iPhone battery.

I would recommend to not go through Marshfield Technology, I originally asked David (the owner) to fix my tablet however, he has never fixed it and refuses to give me the tablet back. Save your time and money and go somewhere reputable!Also having your “employee” Wesley and the “owner” David Noll leaving reviews on this page says a lot about how “great” your service really is.

After two pleasant visits to Marshfield Technology, I would highly recommend them. First experience was a tablet screen replacement. Done in one day, very reasonable price. Next was a PC repair. Dropped it off at 4:30 PM, without requesting speedy service, we had it back home, fully functioning, 3 hours later. The knowledgeable staff provided valuable feedback and advice, while the cost was very reasonable.

This is a great place to take your phone for repair. I stopped in and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my screen in an hour after I dropped it off. I did stop a day earlier to order the correct replacement prior to repair.

Been here a few times for some phone screen repairs and they do an excellent job every time. Definitely only going here for all my technology repairs and information.

Needed to update my review. I went in and they charged me $375 to replace the screen in my iPhone. It broke again! It literally dropped out of my lap and onto a gravel driveway. We are talking a couple of feet. OtterBox and screen protector. took it to Best Buy this time. They told me the screen Marshfield Technology put in my phone was absolute junk. It was so hard to get out of my phone they weren’t even sure it was for my phone. (Not to mention the resolution quality and response time was horrible compared to my girlfriends Exact same iPhone). I called Marshfield Technology to discuss this with David (the owner of the company) apparently they have my account flagged because I left them a bad review. He said and I quote “you left me a bad review don’t call here anymore.” I don’t know about you, but that just seems like bad business. I urge all of you to go somewhere else for your repair needs. They use junk to replace your OEM components. I was warned by a coworker of mine that knows them very well that I should take my business elsewhere. I should have listened. Please, save yourself some money and a headache and go to Best Buy. They will replace your screens Whether you have insurance or not and they WILL undercut what Marshfield Technology is charging BY A LOT! Also be warned! The screens that they put in to your iPhones are not Apple products and could potentially void any warranty that you have with Apple.

I do not recommend going to Marshfield Technologies. Less than 1 star! I brought two phones here for screen repairs, they could not fix either screen and also broke the home button on one phone and broke the speaker on the other phone. Each phone is worth over $800. They told me to bring the phones back they would still fix the screens and also fix the damage the had done at no additional charge, but they needed to order parts for the fix. The next week they said they were no longer going to fix the screens or the damage they had done to the phones and left us with both phones more broke than how we brought them in. I left this comment on their post on their Facebook page for others to know about my experience and they immediately deleted my comments and blocked me from commenting. I then posted on a Marshfield page about my experience and several other people commented on their awful experiences with them as well. They then flagged the post and it was deleted there as well. How are people supposed to know about bad experiences at this place if they keep deleting all bad experiences with them?? I would not recommend this place to anyone!!I do not have an option to reply to your response, but you are not telling the truth. I was happy leaving the store BECAUSE I was promised the home button would be repaired? I would not leave the store happy knowing you broke my phone more than just the screen being cracked and it not being fixed AFTER I was told the repair for the home button was around $300, but you would cover additional costs for the repair since YOU had broke it. When we had called to set up a time to come back in for the repairs we asked how confident you were in fixing our phones and we were told you were not confident and that is why you do not like working on iPhones. WHY would you advertise your specialty as fixing phone screens if you are NOT confident and dont like doing it? We had asked if you would leave our screens as is (cracked by us), but just fix the damage YOU had done to our phones since it was over $300 of damage, we were told yes. We then called later and were told that we were never told that. You are liars. Horrible business!

I left the phone there at 2:30 on Friday. They called me by 2pm Sat. The phone was repaired. I was fully informed and aware that the phone may not work after screen replacement. I took a chance. They were able to repair my phone. I feel their pricing is fair. Customer service was excellent.

Got my phone fixed quickly and working

Got my phone scene fixed here. Little pricey though..(i bought my screen from Amazon, so I only paid for time. Around $100 for 1 hour of work). They could have did a little better with the adhesive on my phone (one corner opens a little, probably where the phone was prayer apart) have it in a case so I will live with it.

I called Marshfield Tech to inquire about screen replacement for my iPhone 7 plus they told me that the LCD & all the ribbons were included with the screen repair, it would be $100, & would require $50 deposit to order the screen. 7/18/18 I went in to put the $50 down & they had the screen there. I could get the repair done that day. I had a single small curved scratch about 3/4 on the bottom right corner of the screen. I told them I had attempted to replace the glass myself, but could not get the home button screws off & when putting the screen back together the upper right ribbon had torn when being snapped back into place. Everything on the phone worked except for touch id. The home button was never removed as I could not get the screws out. When I came back for my phone they said the screws were stripped by the home button & because of the ribbon being tore they could not replace it with just the regular screen. They would have to order one with the ribbons that I was originally told were included and for an additional $30. They returned my phone to me with the screen cracked liked a spider web stemming from the home button. The phone audio no longer worked unless it was on speaker, which had been working prior to taking to them. I felt I had no choice but to agree to the additional repairs. It was in perfect working order when I brought my phone to them. Now they had damaged the screen beyond repair and had somehow disconnected the audio so that it would only work on speaker. I gave them a $50 deposit and they said it would be in in 2 days. On July 20th I brought my phone back to them. When I came to pick up my phone they said it needed a new home button. They said they got the home button out but it would not work with the new screen. They said it would be another $20 for a new home button. They tried to say that I broke the home button -a total fabrication! I never removed the home button as I could not get the screws out! This phone was brought to them with everything working. The home button was in perfect working condition with the exception of the touch id. The only cosmetic defects were the small 3/4 scratch and the one upper right ribbon. Now the home button was broken, the screen shattered beyond any use, and the phone would not even power on. They told me that I could see if my cell provider would give me a loaner. I did not believe I had a choice but to agree to the additional charges. After going home I did get it to finally power on but the screen was now dark and I could not use the home button. I could make and receive calls with my echo device and navigate the screen with the icons only (not home button functions at all). I took my phone into my cell company. They could not believe the damage that Marshfield technology had done to my phone. The screen replacement thru apple would include the home button & all the ribbons for $169. If it had internal damage it would be $350. Since I did not trust Marshfield technology after destroying my phone I had my cell company send it in. I contacted Marshfield Tech to inquire about getting my deposit back.. David Noll was not receptive in any way to hearing my request. He was rude & contemptuous. He cut me off saying he knows the story, talked over me and would not let me even make my request. He then yelled at me claiming I broke the home button, complained he wasnt making money on the home button, refused to give me my deposit back, yelled more at me, then hung up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. 15 Minutes later Wes called back and said they had come to an agreement to refund my deposit if I came back and signed a paper giving them permission to do repairs. I agreed. July 26th, 2018 apple repair center notified me that there is also internal damage & will now cost $350 to fix the damage Marshfield technology caused due to their incompetence and recklessness.They have entry level employees that lack the skill and expertise needed to repair iPhone screens and not damage customers property.
