I am very disappointed in your company!!!! I bought my couch from you almost 5 years ago and purchased the 5 year warranty to go along with it. I used it once. I then needed to use it again. I called you guys back in August to have my couch fixed, you came and took pictures of my furniture and then I never heard from you again. Until I reached out to you in February which no one there was taking any responsibility for it was the warranty companies fault not yours, ok fine maybe I believe that at first. But then I called back today to find out the status of getting my couch fixed and this time I was made to feel like it was my fault because I never called back. I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM YOU PEOPLE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY STOP BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS ( EX CUSTOMERS NOW) It took you people 10 freaking months and you have lost a customer. Help me understand how a warranty can only be a one time use. SERIOUSLY YOU SHOULD PROBABLY TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT BEFORE THEY PURCHASE IT. I AM SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU COMPANY I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING TO YOUR STORE AGAIN. I WILL GO TO YOUR COMPETITION THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM. NOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE HAVE STOPPED GOING TO YOU GUYS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called to get my gas range serviced and the person I spoke to was extremely rude he kept talking over me and he assumed that I had no knowledge of the situation. He said there was no gas leak with the regulator and it was normal to smell like gas. I asked him if hes gonna help me or not and he said he couldnt help me and hung up on me.

If you dont have muscle and a trailer, Mittens delivers the new and takes away the old...for a price.

Went in for a portable dishwasher, greater promptly by a staff member, and they hoped me load it into my truck, will go in the future for other furniture or household needs

We had an appliance go bad on a Sunday, we went here after checking other local sellers of appliances. So happy we did. The prices are a fair comparison; however, the knowledge was great - unparalleled actually. A lot more options, with a larger selection then all others. We left more educated, and downright more confident and comfortable in our purchase. We were back on track a few hours later.Thank you Donovan

Our stove went out right before Christmas so we needed a new one fast. When we got there and told them they took us back by their stoves and showed us all the ones we could get that day. He told us if there was one on the floor we liked that they didnt have in the warehouse that they would sell us the floor one. He was very patient and answered all our questions without being pushy at all. We got our stove picked out and went to get it at the warehouse. Got it home and they accidentally gave is electric instead of gas. When I called they apologized and said they would send someone out right away with the right one and take the other one. There was no hesitation from them to fix their mistake. When the guys came they apologized again and again for the mistake. It was all around great customer service!

We bought a very expensive GE Profile gas range less than three years ago. The convection feature quit working after a year. The control panel has now stopped working accurately. Got to spend $1300+ to replace it today. Needless to say we took out business elsewhere especially after they sent incredibly rude Billy to fix the new washer we bought a year ago. Game over. We are no longer Mittens customers.

Just purchased a new Refrigerator and it was installed this afternoon and instillation crew did an excellent job without doing any damage to a house that was clearing not built to easily to bring major appliances in and out of. Definitely worth recommending to anyone.

My wife and I have been happy with anything weve bought at Mittens. The salespeople there are very helpful and the installation guys have always been very capable and polite.

At Mittens we regret having any unhappy customers. We strive to satisfy all of our customers needs. In the situation described here the customers were offered two solutions to their problem. They were offered complete replacement including the use of the furniture in their house until the exchange could take place or we would fix the problem areas in their home and give the customers a credit of over 5% which amounted to $100. They chose the fix and credit. The repairs were made and the credit was issued in the form of a check. We felt these options would have rectified the situation.

John was awesome and knew the exact right part that I needed for my new maytag diswasher. Saved me a trip back while trying to install it because I had the right part.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Dont trust that they will take care of you!! Worst customer service and compensation for damages to their product done by them! Managers are just as bad at making anything right. I went there because of their prices and hometown store but severely regret that now. I was ignored for 10 minutes before salesperson came to me. I knew what I wanted and bought a whole living room set. They delivered during the day so my husband had to take off of work. After they carried my furniture, they scrapped my brand new couch and loveseat on the wall 4-5 times. They called their manager after first trying to leave before my husband made a big deal of it and I was only offered a petty $100. I spent alot of money for a brand new set and now its damaged and all I get is less than 2% of what I paid. After all that I am still waiting for that money 2 weeks later!! And now I have to call to get it because their record keeping cant keep up with their business. Their managers and sales people are pathetic and are brothers to make the customer happy or make anything right. Dont trust they will take care of you!!!

Mittens has the worst delivery guy Jim. Disrespectful and rude to costumer and coworker. He doesnt know how to take fault for his own actions. Jim hit my aunts electrical box while doing a delivery this winter. Also this terrible delivery guy shushed my aunt while on the job.Mittens you might want to consider kicking the garbage out the door before he ruins the reputation of your company.
