First time customer. They were great and under budget. I would highly recommend them.

Sigma has always been a trusted company in my mind. They stand by their work, what else can I ask for?

I spoke with the service manager Jeremy, he asked me to email him a picture which I did then he just simply forgot about me and our conversation and never called me back.I called the office asked the assistant to remind him (she did) again never got back an answer. A lack of basic business responsiveness: at least call people and tell them you are too busy to deal with them. A PURE WASTE OF TIME.

Sigma installed central AC in our home this spring. The entire process was handled perfectly, from the initial scope / order process through installation and testing. The men installing the system could not have been friendlier or more professional. They cleaned up after every phase of the job entirely. The installation was flawless. We worked with Rich in sales and he too was professional, returned calls promptly and was a pleasure to work with. No complaints!!

Excellent service and technical expertise. Reasonable prices

Their service and prompt attention to our needs was wonderful. We had a complete HVAC install on 2 levels of our existing home. The techs were very clean throughout the 5 days it took for the install in every room. I called three different companies, received 3 different quotes and Sigmas price was not the least expensive, but competitive. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Do not recommend. Did not call back. Moved on.

Charged $135 to be told they couldn’t install a WiFi thermostat to my heat zones. After 10 min at my house was told I needed electrician to fish wire. In actuality, the wires were right behind the thermostat and the transformer right at the boiler. Shame. Should have reversed the credit card. Beware.
