The owner should be the mayor of Marshalltown. He is genuine and goes all the way for his customers. Dont bother calling anyone else. If Lonnie cant do it, he knows someone that can.

I was broken down outside of Melbourne and called Lonnie and the crew. Nicest guy ever, came quickly and purchased the vehicle from me- I didn’t have the title on me and he said “just mail it on Monday I know you’re good for it”! I live in Cedar Rapids and never met him. What a great guy and great company- I can’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you for the great service!

Usually have what youre looking for or will try their darndest to find it.They went the extra mile and actually came out and installed the part for me. Didnt need to do that but they did it anyway. It would have taken me quite some time to figure it out but it took him 2 minutes.

Only place we call for a tow... friendly people great response time for accidents tow or if you lock you keys in the vehicle at 4am

Great service! I had the unfortunate experience of needing a tow, but Jeremy from Hogeland took away a lot of the stress. Not only did he arrive quickly, but he had my vehicle loaded in no time and was very professional. For a place you hope you never have to use, they do an outstanding job. I highly recommend!

Call Deb to come pick up my truck that is broke down to buy it off of me it was a 02 GMC Sierra 1500 with a bad starter mount their driver told me I have a crisp $100 bill if it would buy it considering its got a $200 starter in it the motor is worth $400 to transmissions worth $200 the rear ends worth 150 no a hundred bucks aint going to buy it I know what the vehicle is worth and I think you can do a little bit better than $100 Ill be sure to look for your review on your guyss business on my YouTube page thank you

Seems outrageously pricey, but they where nice enough. Smiled when I gave them $420. to tow a bike 15 miles.

Very friendly, towed my daughter and grandchildren let them stay there and wait for me to arrive and while i was repairing the car they offered tools and a place to clean up afterwards. Everone was very pleasant. Thank You!

Great company

My pick up gas towed from a public place charges were $458 dollars to take it out I called at 4:32 when it clearly says they close at 5:00 and they told me that they were close at 4:32 that I have to wait until the next day thats just to charge me more money. Update the system so that it does not look like a mi fatt lie.

Called them to help a friend sell a car and to see how much they would give for the vehicle Gave them the info on the vehicle and there answer was we are closed and I’m in the middle of a big sale it was only 3:15 pm Basically they were still open so right there is the first lie then he rushed me off the phone saying goodbye I got to go total rudeness I’m glad I didn’t deal with them i’d rather burn the vehicle then selling it to them because they would probably Have scammed me
