Will not answer the phone. Also I went to mail a package internationally and the person working hadnt been trained to ship internationally. I made the 30 mile drive just to mail this package and was told the manager would be back after 4 and could mail the package for me. Ive called 7 times and left a message, not wanting to drive and have this happen again. No answer, no callback. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this location.

Should workers be selling personal items while they are working and making customers wait?

This is twice now that Ive went in the morning during posted times, and they were still closed. finally gave up after 15 mins (8:15am on a Thursday) and left.. Who runs this place??

Very friendly staff. Treatment was the same as other customers even though I was just returning and amazon order.

Moved my husbands parents and had lots of glass and memories to ship back home. We worked with Mr. A Sharma. He was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We arrived just before closing and he took his time with us and explained everything. He had everything packed and shipped within 2 weeks (Holiday week in between). Everything was well packed and arrived without any damage. We would recommend this store without hesitation. Great experience and very nice people.

I will avoid this place from now on as much as possible. I gave this ups store clerk an exchange package from amazon, but I took the wrong item in the box. I come back 15 minutes later, asking can I put the right item in the box? She stands there, holding my item in her hand, not taped up or anything, and she refuses to hand it to me to put the right item in that box. REFUSES. I was there 10 minutes ago and she wouldn’t let me put the item I wanted to exchange in the box. Same item, same bumper phone case. It was so cold and inhuman and just awful. I don’t think anyone else working there would have done this to me. What an absolute power trip.

Stop in to fax a letter today. Manager came out of the back and was rude to the lady in front of me. Power bumped computers went down. So they could not print receipts. Understandable, but tried to pay for my fax by calculated price per page × Iowa tax and got total.(old fashion math...unheard of I know) Did not want to take my money until computer came up. Dont have time to stand around so gave her $15(which included tip for superior Service:)! )

When I asked the store manager at the Marshalltown, IA Store,if she was regularly disinfecting the counter-tops and/or any touchable surfaces, she continued to mock the scenario and said, “if everyone does what theyre supposed to do, then I don’t have to.”And when I was wiping packages & mail with disinfectant wipes, she made more sarcastic comments.This is irresponsible considering what’s going on out there.Please do something about this.

Exceptional communication and packing service by Lynn. She shipped me a large antique clock from the Tom Harris Auction House in May 2015. It was extremely well packaged and arrived as/when promised with no problems or issues. I highly recommend them.

Last week I stopped by the UPS store in Marshalltown to pack an acoustic guitar for shipment to Tennessee. Amulya was extremely helpful in finding the right box, securing the guitar within its case, and then packing the case inside a box. He spent a great deal of time explaining the need for packing, which I greatly appreciated. The guitar took only two days to get from Iowa to Tennessee, and it was in perfect shape when it arrived! Kudos and much appreciation to Amulya and UPS!
