Waited 2 days to go sign for my new suv then waited an hour to go over paperwork then told to come back in another hour to sign. This is after dropping my trade down a grand. Won’t be coming back. Oh and just got told to come back tomorrow. If things aren’t completed tomorrow I’m going to take my car back and take my business else where.

Gave me a great deal on a new 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona 392, but giving 2 stars because every time I’ve tried to contact them about my second key, or about my Daytona stickers peeling to see if warranty work can be done for that, I’m given a “we’re working on it” answer and then nothing happens. Little irritating for sure. UPDATE: they sent me the required items!

Dropped off truck at 8.30 am for oil change and 4 or 5 recalls and picked up around 4 that same night. Guys were great to deal with and did all the lease agreement paperwork for me. Definitely go back.

Went in there on a Tuesday told the lying service manager what part was going bad he said I would have to make an appointment for the mechanic to look at it next day. Wednesday I come in wait three hours mechanic looks at truck for 10 minutes order the part says they will have part tommorow. Thursday come in the next day wait two hrs parts guy and service manager in training comes out and apologise were very nice and apologetic say the next day they are busy but will make it right and get me in. Next day this being Friday call ahead to make sure part is in at 1:00 lying service manager says parts not in. I say I want to speak to parts guy he says theres no need I say put me on the phone anyways conversation gets heated he puts me on the phone with him and parts guy says he has had the part all morning. Parts guy says service manager didnt have time to put part on. I come into the store I buy part from parts guy. Parts guy has me talk to owner. Owner backs his service manager calls me and the service guy a lyer. I say I will never come back in there. Owner tells me lucky for both us. Moral of the story is parts guy good guy service manager in training was a good guy and owner and service manager garbage I dont wright reviews ever my name is Jared Thompson there is a diesel shop in Laurel and a Dodge dealership in Ankeny better option than this place.
