Just call them. You can tell the quality of the place based on how rude they are on the phone. They said they took my company fleet card and at the end of getting the new tire put on, they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to pay with credit card. Lastly, you want to get an update on your rabies vaccine before you walk in the door. The place is dirty and has a bunch of mangy “pets” crawling up on your lap while you wait. Just spend an extra buck and go anywhere else.

Came in and they started work on my car immediately. While I waited I played fetch with this little fella.

Called in and talked to a lady this morning and was quoted 125 each tire x4. And 65 for the alignment and told they had them in stock. left work and when I got there was told the lady screwed up and tires would be 165 and they dont do alignments anymore. To top it off they dont have them in stock. I dont reccomend this place.

Had a flat tire and took it here to get a new one, got my car back & was missing a wheel cover. They ordered a new one from a junk yard in town that wasnt even the right style. Still havent heard anything back and not holding my breath.

I have had my car in there 3 times for the same matter and they have never fixed it. First they said it was the water pump and the pump they took off I had tested and there was nothing wrong with it at all then they said it was the battery and it wasnt my car is not working yet and I will take it somewhere else and thinking about taking them to court over it cause it is a major problem no that they caused.

Ordered on Fridayand put in tire air pressure part on Saturday. Saved the day!!!!

Kelcy has a full service shop! She even offers a line of credit for those that qualify for major repairs! Great bumper to bumper service!

Dont bother making an appointment here. Had an appointment two weeks out and when my wife showed up to get the work done was told they cant do it today. No phone call, nothing. 30 min drive one way for her so an hour wasted. Terrible customer service, wont return.

Their business is based on customer service very friendly very helpful and will do most anything possible to retain a customer

My daughter needed brakes. She went here and it was $170 for four brake pads. Nothing else! No new rotors, etc. So I called and a woman answered. I asked what they did to her car and she said just new brake pads. I said really? Thats $170. She yelled at me! She said Yes! Were the cheapest in town! I cant imagine they are but I sure dont deserve to be yelled at. Never again for this place! This was 9-30-17

Got cursed out by a tire tech after requesting service after hours during an Iowa Hawkeyes game. I truly am sorry that I work 60 hours a week driving this semi and Ill try to be more considerate in the future by going elsewhere when I have problems
