Amazing service! I have bundled my auto, home & life insurance with American Family and they provided me good discounts. Ana even helped me get an additional discount by recommending me to download the MyAmFam app and switch to paperless billing! Her staff also give me courtesy calls to remind me if I’ve fallen behind on a payment to make sure my coverage never lapses. I have been with the same insurance company for 6 years now and I do not have one complaint, she used to have her office here in Des Moines but even though we have a distance now their isnt any problems with my car and renters insurance.
