Service was excellent! The a/c tech was able to get our central unit working in tip top condition after, at least, 6 years or more and pricing was very fair, in accordance with industry standards. Highly recommended!

I called Kapaun & Brown with a no cool in July after just getting home from the hospital after having a baby. They came right away and fixed it. The service tech was Joe and he was very friendly and knew what he was doing! They are a 5 star company that I will always call.

Called for maintenance on furnace and air conditioner. Same service that day. Technician explained several areas on both that we could maintenance ourselves. He also noted questions on furnace add ons and split heating systems. Will call again when needed.

K&B installed our replacement heating and cooling on 11/12/19.The service start to finish was excellent including engineering Lennoxproducts, estimate, installation, rebate paperwork and warranty registration. I was especially pleased with the installation extras such as adding landscape rock around new AC pad, neat patch of openings around ducts and piping, customized metal pouch attached to furnace to hold operation manual, warranty, and other paper work. I now am enjoying very quiet and efficient Lennox equipment. I recommend the Kapaun & Brown team for all your HVAC services.

I do not recommend. Their customer service is not great. They misdiagnosed our a/c unit. Referred us to an electrician, who then told us it was our unit. After some back and forth we ended up using a different company to replace our unit.

Worst service ever, they don’t check your unit the proper way, they don’t listen to the consumer concerns. The worst part is they don’t work with you to solve your issues due to their work.
