Alex and crew are true professionals. Their customer service is bar none, and their work ethic and attention to detail is impeccable. They power/pressure-washed our deck and privacy fence, and believe me, it presented a real challenge. It was so dingy and faded looking, and also covered with “the green slime.” Our fence had lots of obstacles to work around, and it presented no challenge to this group. The transformation was amazing, and gave us such a boost to see our property shining again. They were also very careful with our shrubbery and flowers in the process. And when they were finished, there was no trace of them being there, except that gorgeous deck and fence! They communicated timelines to us in a timely manner, and kept us informed of steps along the way. I have already contacted them again for another project we have at the ready. Presidential Softwash did a great job cleaning the siding on my house. There was some mildew buildup and they made my siding look brand new. Alex came and gave me a bid as well as discussed the process. The washing solution didnt hurt any of my plants or grass. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Presidential Softwash.

Tacky business advertising littering in our entire neighborhood with putting a clip on a door hanger to weigh it down and throwing it in all of our driveways. If they don’t care enough to walk up and put it in the door, they won’t care enough about your property to do a roof job effectively either. Poor choice.
