My full set was good but my pedicure was terrible I started with an elderly man a lady came and switched (mimi)him out I told her he only had started on one foot she cut me in 2 places. I never got a massage nor a hot towel and she never buffed or filed my toenails. I asked for a French tip no base coat, uneven, and the top coat she used looks yellow. Then I noticed that I still had orange on one of my toes from my previous pedicure. Im very disappointed I was going to talk to the owner but he was very busy. Im planning on calling up there to talk to him....

This was my second time here and my first time to ever get this type of service. My first time here I had a lady tech, this time I ended up with the guy tech. Not good, I showed him what I wanted and this is what I got below. He kept filing me nails until they were super short, some slated and one of my thumb nails is shorter that the other one. 😔

Service is slow and technicians arent knowledgeable. They rush you in but quality of service is very poorI think its getting worse.

Zero stars. Will not go back and will not recommend. I had already cut my toenails and asked the person doing my pedicure not to cut them, yet he used the cuticle trimmer to chop 3 of the 4 corners off my big toe nails. They were jagged and uneven. Then, he rinsed all the dead skin off the callous grater in the water where my feet were soaking. He did not even do a good polish job.

After some research of the local nail shops, this seemed to be a great place overall. I called in and they took me in. Riyad the owner is attentive and kind. My manicurist was very skilled and efficient.

They are great at what they do. Love this place.

The service was very rushed and my nail tech didnt seem very compassionate about her work or your opinion. Im glad we chose to only receive manicures and have gel polish on our natural nails.
