Fantastic at what they do! I have used them for several years now. They are wonderful, honest people who put in a lot of hours and work to make sure you get every bit of meat you can. They can make so many different things like summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky. You name it. One stop shop. You kill it and they will do the rest!

The best burger

Took a 100lb deer in. Got 11 lbs of burger which wasnt ground it was in chunks and 10lbs of assorted steak. Very disappointed!
