Excellent service all the way around with new earpieces that I did not expect.

I can’t say enough on the wonderful experience I had with Tim Martinez!When I arrived for my appointment, i was called into his office within minutes of arrival. Tim was so kind and caring, and was very professional and very attentive to my concerns.I could not hear very well in my left ear for several years ....which was due to a flight that the captain went up in altitude too rapidly,.....And as a result, it tore my eardrum and I began to bleed from the ear during the flight. My hearing diminished over time and I had sought professional help and made an appointment with Tim Martinez.Tim used an instrument that had a camera that looked into my ear,and put the live image of my inner ear onto the TV screen for my viewing.He discovered that the ear was impacted and removed the earwax...... and then flushed my ear which instantly removed the blockage and regain my hearing.I am so thankful to Tim.... I rate my experience 10 stars !!!!!I highly highly recommend Tim Martinez as the choice for anyone needing professional help for your hearing concerns.

Dr. Martinez is absolutely wonderful and nice. He explains everything to you and takes his time and doesn’t rush with you. He goes above and beyond!
