Great people,.some of their equipment needs repairs but overall grestt

Good tools always there when I need them

We rented a machine from here over the weekend. In the time that we used the machine, the tracks came off TWO times. Therefore, we had to fix it on our own because the business wasnt open. When we returned the machine, they stated that was not their fault and there was nothing they could do. If they properly serviced their machines, we wouldnt have had those problems. They also stated the machine had no diesel which we have the receipt showing we filled it up Sunday afternoon before returning Monday morning (Our hours were already up by the time we put more diesel in it). Beware when renting from this company. Check everything before you leave the lot and keep all of your receipts.

Horrible service three different time we have called and reserved a piece of equipment for the weekend just to drive up there to be told they don’t have it and they don’t remember talking to anyone . Once being told they don’t carry so said equipment but yet it was setting right there in plain sight. Not including no one would give us their name and the lady at the counter basically not wanting to talk to us staying on the phone the entire time . Will never try and do business with them again i wouldn’t even give them one star but it wouldn’t let me write a review if I didn’t put one
