I purchased a refurbished phone here for a great price! So far really loving the phone its in perfect condition!

I had problems with my phone battery and I called for a replacement and he said that he could get the part ordered for next day shipping and have it done in 3 hours. I then got a call the day I was supposed to go in and he said that he forgot to order the part so I had to wait another day. He finally took my phone two days after I called to have it repaired and told me to come back at 3. When I came back, he had broken my screen. So a repair that couldve been done by myself for $40 less took 3 days longer than what he said .I would not recommend going here for repairs.

The owner is very straight forward and helpful. I also appreciate his willingness to adapt to situations. I am a wheelchair user and couldn’t fit through the door despite his best efforts to help. Instead he opened a window by his desk and was able to help me with my phone issues while I explained them to him outside. It means a lot when people work with you.Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place
