There is no option for zero stars! Dont do it! I asked for a simple balayage and ended up with a cheetah printed head in orange yellow and even some silver! When I expressed my frustrations I was told I wont be refunded because I didnt let them fix it. SERIOUSLY!? Look at the pictures and honestly say you would trust them again?!! Why is it so hard to give me my refund?!

They give good haircuts most of time. Pretty good with young kids 😃

Went to get my hair cut. Didnt take very long. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Ive been getting my hair cut there for years now. They do a great job.

Staff does not wear their mask over their nose. Customer doesnt wear mask and complains about being bumped off list when he was a half hour late.

I try to see the positive in every experience. I gave 2 stars because although it was the worst haircuts my sons have ever had, at least the hair was no longer in their field of vision; there was not much hair left. The staff need to learn what a hard part is, I guess, and how to not make it look choppy. You could go here if you wanted a simple full-headed shave I guess. Thankfully hair grows back quickly, I just couldnt believe the staff who did the cuts had smiles on their faces as if they did a good job. It was even apparent to my neighbors dog the haircuts were hideous.. :-( Hopefully this review helps others.

Was very impressed with the staff of this store. They were able to get me in right at the end of the day to do a major transformation. The woman cutting my hair was very friendly and did exactly what I asked for. Was nervous being that Ive never got a haircut in a Walmart but wont hesitate about stopping in again

I just received a color with highlights from Brandy at cost cutters, I was very pleased with the turn out. Brandy is full of knowledge of which color I should go with. I will certainly go back because I am very happy with my results.

Callista went above my expectations! She has a true talent with hair and knows her products. She also recommended some great items to keep my hair healthy. I only wish I started going to her sooner! The atmosphere and energy in the salon is really great too.

I would not recommend this place for color, I got my hair bleached and it was so uneven my bangs were a different color and it was left on my head for such a long time I got burns and Bumps all over the back of my head. I had to go back in three times and still got NO where near what I wanted. I went to another salon in Marshall and they worked with me and got me to what color I wanted in one sitting......

Food and service was excellent. Only complaint is the RootBeer pop.

For the first time being here after moving down to the area I cant complain. Daniella (hair stylist) was very nice, understood what I wanted, didnt go overboard and trim shorter than I wanted. Good at conversation while trimming! They seem to get steady service. I would and will come back! If you arent sure about trusting hair stylist I would ask for Daniella! Cost Cutters is in the Walmart in Marshall, MN for those who dont know the area well.

The girls there are great and very patient with my son -weve been there twice because he wouldnt go into a hair salon before because of noises -im not a review person but I feel they have done an excellent job of accomadating to him and making him feel comfortable
