Went to Nates to have a cut in a leather seat repaired. I was met with a friendly face upon my arrival. Service was quick and done to my satisfaction before payment. I was also informed that there is a lifetime warranty on the repair.

I am submitting this review upon receipt of my car that was detailed by Nates in Marshall, TX. Upon arriving at the shop, my vehicle would not start. Dead battery (two week old battery). There had been no previous problems prior to Nates cleaning my car. I also noticed several places on the interior plastic and in the carpet that were missed. Upon bringing this to the attention of Nates, (while they were attempting to jump start my car), the problem areas were addressed. I have the car home now and my husband is removing some sort of overspray off of the rear bumper of the car.For the amount of money we spent to get a thorough detail job done, we are disappointed to say the least. If you want your vehicle detailed in Marshall, I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.
