Needed an after hours road service call. After 1 and 1/2 hours of waiting received a phone call that no one could be reached to perform the road service call. For truck drivers it is crucial that service is available at some point to be able to continue. I understand that there would be a substantial waiting time but not being able to reach anybody???? Disapointing to say the least.

Called at 9 am to have my tires rotated and balanced as I was going to be in town. Very friendly when I made the appointment. They were able to complete it on the same day and on time! Great job!

Had a sidewall puncture in one rear tire and I had called around to every tire place in town (including Walmart) but not a single one was able to fit me in for two days. I called these guys and not only did they have the cheapest price by far (Walmart excluded) but they were able to get it done at 4:00pm on a Thursday and it only took like 20 mins to replace both rear tires. The atmosphere was nothing to write home about but if youre looking for a fancy waiting area youre looking for the wrong things in a tire place. Besides this visit Ive had one other dealing with them and it was on a Saturday at 11am (an hour before close) about a year ago. Same thing. They were the only place open that could fit me in and they patched up my blown tire in 15mins and the staff was very friendly. I cant thank you guys enough! You do great work and I will be referring everyone I know to you.
