I called in for a quote and even though the young man (Jose) could understand me and got all my info wrong I was transferred to Monica. I was ever so lucky. Monica is such a sweet and caring young lady very patient with me. She listened and explained what I was asking for vs what I needed. Provided me with an excellently priced policy that fit in my budget. Im on a fixed income and she worked with me, knowing I didnt have much. My experience with any insurance company has always been horrible, no one listens, no one cares. All they want is the sale, so when I say I spoke to Monica and she was quite the opposite she listened she cared and instead of pressuring me to buy the policy that same day, because of me being on a fixed income she advised me to call two days later and we could get our policy started and it would be due one day after the day I needed so I won’t get any late fees . Monica was absolutely amazing never have I met an insurance agent that cares more about their customers than their own pocket. Her office is busy so it is hard to get a hold of her but she gave me her email address which has made it so easy I can email her, she responded and has made it easy for me to make changes to my policy. Signing doc by email Was also so easy. I will be definitely send her some more clients. Monica is an absolute doll.

This is absulty the worst company I have ever delt with. People are incompetent. I was given 4 different payment due amounts nun of witch matched my paper bill I recieved in the mail. The woman who set up my policy did not do it correct so I wound up getting a bill in the mail a week after I set up the policy. It took me over an hour to cancel the policy. DID YOU KNOW YOU PAY $40 FEE FOR THEM TO TAKE YOUR PAYMENT. WHAT THE HELL ITS YOUR COMPANY. YOU WANT ME TO PAY YOU EXTRA TO ALLOW ME TO PAY TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU...NOPE NOT ME!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
