The serve pro team that is helping at Tigerplace went above and beyond what I thought that their job description was. They pay GREAT attention to detail. I called ServPro immediately last night when I discovered a sewer backup in the basement of my cottage next door, which the plumber diagnosed as a malfunction of the City sewer line. Judy, the project manager, was on time, professional, and explained every step of the process with me. She also looked at the basement of my residence for mold mitigation and provided great information and recommendations. The technicians, Brandt and Shay, who cleaned, scrubbed and sanitized the cottage basement, did a remarkable job. By the time they finished, there was no sign of 4 of putrid sewer sludge or odor. They also left a special machine on the main floor of the cottage for the next 4 days to purify and sanitize the air in the living quarters. I am VERY grateful for SERVPRO of Marshall and will definitely use them again!

We had a leak and it flooded the basement and had mold also. Joe, Jason, and their crew were very professional and courteous while working in our basement. They cleaned everything up and showed us what all they did. Thank You very much Servpro!!

I was so impressed with Servpro especially Judy Dunlap. She responded very quickly for a large water leak I had. She was professional, very helpful and reassuring. She made a very difficult situation for me much easier. We are still in the process of getting things fixed but I would not hesitate to call Servpro again if I need anything.
