To date the system has not performed as expected, when installed they failed to check their work and left a very important part of the system without repair, causing the system without a return to be able to recycle the air out of the house, it cost us a lot of energy waste and very high bills. The owner is great on placing blame at us the customers and making excuses even blaming the weather, he is supposed to know what he is doing, he recommended what we needed, but he failed in so many ways. To make matters worst, he even had the nerve to recommend a second unit for upstairs. We won’t use them again. We are stuck now with an unreliable system that is costing us thousands of dollars just to keep the house either cool, or warm.

AC was out and they scheduled a service appointment ASAP. First service appointment they seemed to fix the issue, but there was a repair done by the previous owner that was the real underlying issue that caused it to stop working again. They came out the next day and fixed the real issue no charge!

On a Sunday night at 9:30 PM our elderly parents who live in Marshall called us to tell us their AC wasn’t working and it was 82 degrees in their house. We own a AC & Heating business but we are 3 hours away from them and knew that we could not leave them without AC for that long so we trusted Google to find us a reliable AC company in Marshall. We received a call back within minutes or speaking to the answering service. Matthew arrived to their house within 30 minutes of our initial call. That is hands down first rate service. The fee for an after hours service call was an excellent price, way better than what we were anticipating to pay. This is an honest first rate company! Wow really good people. They fixed our heater, explained what was going on. And they even let me know some things that need to be done in the future to get it to 100%. I will definitely be using them again!!!! If you need your heat or a/c fixed right I would call them!

They arrived at my home very fast and replaced my ac motor very quick also. Definitely called the right people for the job. Even at 9pm on a Saturday.
