Shopped around, got a very good price and scheduled as quick as we could. Team came out and we talked about the plan, they kept me apprised of everything going on and did a lot of work quickly and safely. They paid attention to my needs and their safety, which is critical for me.Would recommend and would bring them back if I need more trees taken care of.

We’ve used Hoover’s tree service a couple of times and been very happy with the work they’ve done. The entire crew was friendly and courteous. The owner is quick to return calls and shows up when he says he’s going to. He takes plenty of time to look over the yard and give honest opinions on which trees need to be removed and which just need trimming. I would highly recommend Hoover’s if you need work done.

We had Ray and crew work on our yard yesterday, cutting trees, trimming, chipping and hauling away the chips. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was perfect before they left. The crew was friendly and efficient. We will definitely have them again if we need more work done.

Ray came within 15 minutes after we called him Saturday when a huge white pine fell on our house. He came back on Sunday with an estimate for us.His crew came Monday morning and removed all the tree off the house and yard. They then cut remaining half of tree that was still standing and hauled it away.They ground up all the branches and cleaned everything up perfectly.We highly recommend Ray Hoover tree service.They are excellent. So professional and a very hard working crew.

We had an emergency yesterday when a tree cracked and was leaning right over our deck. We got a hold of Hoovers and they were finishing up on another job and were here within a couple hours. Called for a quote yesterday on two medium size trees. Hoovers showed up today and not only gave a fair quote, but got the job done on the spot. Fast, good prices, and quality work.

Unsure if they have great service because the phone call was so terrible I wouldnt choose them. I called to schedule a service, and the person helping me was short and rude. When we came to the conclusion that their schedule would not work for me, I was hung up on. I would rather work with a company that respects every interaction with a customer.

Hoover tree service was at our neighbors cutting a few trees down, and I asked if they could make a few cuts in a large log in our backyard and he was very accommodating and did it for us without charge. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!
