This is a great store. Sherri replaced my windshield wipers in two seconds flat, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I called two other stores in town, and could not even get through (waited for over 3 minutes each time). I would highly recommend.

This is a great Auto Zone store. I worked with a young lady by the name of Madison, who was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed assistance with the use of an ODB Scanner. I had seen them used but had never had to use one. She provided me with excellent instructions on the entire process and saved me some $$$ by helping me to get this done.

Staff VERY helpful. Carl came out and installed our headlight, we were on the road in 10 minutes. He acted like it was no trouble at all. Would have been a challenge for us with decreased vision. Would highly recommend.

When the battery in our Jeep Cherokee needed replacing before we drove 600 miles home from vacation not only was AutoZone the only parts store in the vicinity with the correct battery in stock, but Karl installed the battery for us in less than 10 minutes. It might seem like a little thing but it gave us a great deal of peace of mind before we got on the road. Greatly appreciated!

They always have the parts I need, and they are very high quality. I bought the new brake pads with the honeycomb design and I purchased drilled and slotted rotors and they stop my big Chrysler 300 like its a little Ford focus. I appreciate the fact that I dont have to wait for them to order them, they always have what I need in stock.

I appreciate the great service I received. I was able to have a new battery put in within minutes. It was very cold outside and the staff did not complain or hesitate to assist. Would highly recommend.

I needed a bulb for my brake light. Not only was Carl very efficient in providing me with the bulb I needed he even replaced it for me which was a huge relief! Very kind and courteous staff!!

They were so helpful. They saved our trip. We were headed to the Porcupine Mountains when one of the cyclinders started missing. None of the repair shops were open. Keith was able to diagnosis the issue and had the parts on hand so I could fix it and get back on the road.

Only one that could get the part I needed. Didnt get a call when it came in. Clerk was rude. He acted like I was bothering him.

Chuck, Jordan and the guys were very helpful when we had car trouble while coming to Marquette for a medical appointment. As I told them, I shop at Auto Zone because of the friendly and helpful people who work at every store Ive been to.

The fold behind the counter are always pleasant and helpful even if there have been times when I knew my needs better than they understood. You can find helpful suggestions and good advice from the attendants but make sure to do your own homework with any project undertaken.

Theyre slightly overpriced, and their building is outdated, but the employees are friendly and they always seem willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.They can easily order most parts that arent in stock and have them delivered in one business day. Core charges are lower than most places too.

30-50 mph wind... sleet... 20+ ft waves on the lake and its dark out. I am helped quickly and we go outside to pull an error code from my car (in the storm). After that I got all the info I needed to fix the problem - which as it turned out was simply a broken wire from a stick (forest roads are rough on a Civic). Top form!

Ive always had great customer service and the one time I was given the wrong part, they made the exchange very easy. Also with parts I didnt end up needing, my refund was back on my card in just a day. Ive been using Autozone since they came to Marquette and will continue using them.
