I am having difficult times with my tax preparation I filed taxes before and earned a decent amount of refund however this year it is going on 20 plus weeks and I still havent learned a refund I do not know whats going on Im not sure how their system works when it comes to and agency I cannot fully understand but money is really tight and I would really appreciate it if they would put an effort and to their work and if not Im not going to file taxes next year regardless it is if it is a federal law

The staff itself was very friendly. Because there was so many complications processing my payments the manager just comped off the expense. Which was nice though, if I wouldve had to pay I would say the price was way too high. There are so many places you can get you taxes done for free or for much cheaper but you may be compromising friendly service and/or accuracy.

I filed in 2016 and it only cost $50. I filed again in 2017 and then was hit with a $200 bill. I unfortunatly didnt ask questions that year but definitely felt I was taking advantage of. This year I started to ask pricing policy and was confronted with attitude and intimidation for asking questions. I would never recommend or use H&R again and people should have the right to ask question when dealing with them. Beware of unethical behavior and suspicious charges to do your taxes with them.
