Great place to get your hair cut. Stylists very welcoming. Very nice decor. Ive been with Profiles for many years. Carol is like family to me. She makes me feel the same. I went through a tough time with my cancer. Carol and others were there for me. Thank you for being there for me❤🌺

Kelsey Roy - Kelsey is a very talented, fun loving, flexible and energetic hair stylist. Kelsey is the best of the best when it comes to wedding up-dos. She is able to take your vision and make it happen. I hired Kelsey to come to the church where we were all getting ready to do all my bridesmaids’ hair. She did everyone’s hair in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price. All the girls loved their hair and would have Kelsey do their hair again. Kelsey is very funny and tells the best stories. Thank you Kelsey for contributing to my dream wedding, I couldn’t have gotten through it without you!

Kelsey does a fantastic job with my hair every single time I see her. I have naturally VERY curly hair and she knows how to cut it correctly. It takes a lot for me to trust anyone with my curls and I trust Kelsey completely. I currently live in Milwaukee, WI and I WAIT to get my hair cut until I come home to Marquette to see Kelsey and the other ladies at Profiles. They are much more reasonably priced then anyone I found down here in Milwaukee and the one that I went to MKE cut my hair so wrong I had to make a trip to see Kelsey.

Ive been coming here for well over a year now and there hasnt been a single time that I left feeling upset, and I usually come in with some pretty interesting plans! Not only are they good with hair, they are very welcoming. Im a person who isnt the best in public spaces, but I never feel out of place in this shop.

I made an appointment days before visiting this salon for a haircut. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and the stylist who was supposed to do my hair still was not finished with another customer. I understand that sometimes things fall behind, but I sat there with no explanation whatsoever for 45 minutes past my appointment time. The least they could have done was explain why they were running so far behind, but from what I can only guess is that they took a walk-in immediately before I arrived for my appointment. I felt that the whole experience was just plain rude. I cant say what the skill level is at this salon because I ended up walking out. I set an appointment time for a reason and ran out of time and had to leave desperately needing a haircut and not being able to get one. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
