Got charged almost $6 more in postage for an “envelope” (an item that cost $3) from a shop that had printed a label for accordingly for my address and it’s weight. They said since the label had tracking it could only be used for a “package”, and the item I ordered was too thin and so technically an “envelope”. The employee explained that if the shop had simply but a SINGLE packing peanut in the “envelope”, it would’ve been the original postage (since the weight wouldn’t have changed). So, I would have been charged LESS for a item that was bulkier, and the employee got rude at me asking her to confirm that. I didn’t ask for a refund or made a scene, I simply wanted to confirm the hole in the logic there, how that seemed a little ridiculous. Like at some point these nit-picks stop making sense, and I understand USPS is not doing great money-wise, but maybe reevaluate these minor things (and employees that basically dig it in) that make people not want to use your services.

I have shipped over 1,000 parcels from this location without any issues. If you have an issue, please be patient and wait in line.

Very friendly staff and usually the lines move fast. My biggest problem is they dont stay open past 5 any days of the week. 9-5 every day makes it hard for working people to use these services.

I been living in the same place for 4 year. Our mail carrier I believe needs glass. Always putting others mail in other boxes or leaving the thing wide open. I ordered a sweater. I have tracking #. Said delivered. No sweater.

Endless problems. Just today another package didnt get delivered because our delivery person can’t bother to check our businesses front door. Its mindblowing that they are allowed to mess with peoples mail as much as they do.

Well I will never receive packages from home. Whenever my parents try to send me a box of stuff it always somehow goes missing from my apartment door. But when its Amazon or something from the internet its delivered. Parents sent me my suit to make sure it fits and it was stole in the 10 minutes it was on my door. Now a box or cookies. Never a knock just a email conforming it was delivered. This leads me to believe 2 things first someone eat us the hall like a hawk to steal packages which I know isnt true cause neighbors have packages sit there for weeks. Or my mailman is stealing my packages. Either way Im never using their God awful services.

Consistently not receiving important mail. Credit card offer make it daily though.

I have only received the best service at this location for 35 years. They have always greeted me with a smile. Handled holds, shipping, and complicated mail to family members in Senegal, Iraq, Poland and other out of the way spots. Delivered mail from my father with advancing dementia even when the address is more than a bit cryptic. Some places in the world store your mail and then charge you for the service. Some places in the world open your mail and see if there is something they might be interested in. Some post offices in the USA do not greet you with a smile or have interesting stamps. We should not take our local Post Office for granted.

I can’t wait for the postal service to go out of business. They are terrible. Also, just got put on hold for 1 hour 30 minutes while trying to contact customer support. After spending 30 minutes navigating their automated system. Like I said, I cannot wait for the usps to go out of business if ever. Terrible service. And all they ever deliver anyways are bills or bad news lol. I’ll never use them again.

Carriers for this city are the worst. Rudest, leave nasty notes, hit your mailbox over and over. Also, they deliver visibly empty packages. Spoke to one supervisor who was just as sarcastic as her carrier under her so it must be the management. Dont believe these other obviously fake amazing reviews.

Local USPS sucks they use to knock on our door for boxes now they just take them back to there place and repeat its bs really how we had no problems for years now there to lazy to knock on a door.. If I didnt need USPS I would not use them in Marquette. Very upset customer now what I needed I wont get for a few days since I wont be able to get it till Thursday now

My packages say delivered but Im not receiving them. This has happened multiple times now. I watched the mailman drop mail in the box, but package is not there

The staff is always friendly and they have a range of stamps and supplies.

They held my mail for over a month and a half without telling me and I ended up missing serious appointments and I cant even get a hold of a live person to talk to
