Northwoods has been a wonderful place to live! The grounds are kept looking nice, the gym facility is convenient and clean, the apartments are laid out nicely and kept up well, and the staff is helpful whenever we have had questions!

Mike figured out I had put too much soap in the dishwasher dispenser and it wouldn’t open up. Also the heated dry button was stuck. We’re all good now. Thanks to Mike!

Great Job-Great People-So Talented

I’ve had really good experiences with the maintenance staff. Always very responsive and effective at completing work orders.

Maintenance was on time, worked fast, and very polite. Dakotah and Mike did a great job, and all prior interactions with maintenance personnel have been very positive. They even greeted the cat, talk about manners!

Moved in a few months ago and recently had an issue with the bathroom fans function. Two staff members named Dakotah and Mike were at our apartment in less than 24 hours to fix the fan! They were extremely helpful, our dog loved them, and our fan is working properly again!

Maintenance responded quickly and solved my problem. Plus, he showed me how to solve the problem for in the future.

Brendan from the maintenance crew came by to change out a window while I was working from home. They were fast, out of the way, and did a good job. Only positive things to say!

We had a few little things we put in a maintenance request for in our new apartment, and Mike and Dakotah were here with their toolboxes quickly to help us out. They were quick and happy to help!

Ive had nothing but great experience with the management and staff! The gym and buildings are wonderful, quiet, and safe! Maintenance is on top of EVERYTHING! Very professional! The front office knows everything there is to know inside and out!

The management team is fabulous. Joe and Allie are very pro-active and go above and beyond to help you with just about anything that they can. For example: 1. A company had equipment delivered to my apartment about 2 weeks before I moved in. Allie voluntarily went to the apartment and put theequipment inside the unit. 2. Joe was a life saver. Being new to the area, and not knowing anyone, when my movers NO SHOWED on move-in day, I had a 20 U-Haul truck-load of furniture and boxes to off-load. Joe stepped up to the plate. He gave me the name of a company (*Guindon Moving Co. in Negaunee..amazing) that had movers at my door in 30 minutes. I dont know what I would have done without Joe. (or Guindon Moving for that matter) 3. I was contacted to see how things are working out with the new place and if I needed anything. Amazing people. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The grounds are well maintained. I would highly recommend Northwoods Apartments if you are moving to Marquette. Its very reassuring to have a management team that is available and willing to help you.

The community is very welcoming and the apartments are clean, quiet, and have great amenities. We love living here!
