Nikki did a great job helping my husband and I after our auto accident on 4-19-21, which ended in a total loss of my car. We had several issues with the claims department and she helped take care of everything. I was impressed by how efficient everything was done as well. Everyone at the office helped and helped Nikki as she is still learning. I really enjoy this office they are all so welcoming. Nikki was also helping me answer questions on all of our vehicles as the insurances are due this month. She new a lot for only being there for two weeks!

Nicole Hanson of State Farm office in Marquette was very friendly and helpful. We had a claim on our property, and according to State Farm company website, to start a claim I was supposed to use their online resources. It didnt work; they never replied; sent me in loops. ... Finally, I called the Marquette office, and Nicole was very helpful. Got the process going and inspector lined up, who was also very good. Going thru Nicole was the best way; very responsive. Dont bother with online messes. Go through Nicole.

Jill and her entire staff have provided service of the utmost quality from the moment I walked through the doors. They provide good insurance (amongst other services) at very reasonable rates with kindness and professionalism. Everyone there gives honest, well-informed advice and answers and makes sure that even the most clueless of customer walks out with knowledge of their coverage and the assurance that they are backed by a good group of people. I check to get a new insurance company every 3-4 years cause the rates always seem to start low and climb, even without any claims, so when Jills office opened I just happened to be looking for cheaper rates, Jills staff was excellent, they compared the policy I had and got me a better policy for all my vehicles(3) of them and my home for $1200 a year less, My son hit a dear and they took care of everything, I dont think I well ever leave, if they keep treating me and their customers fairly and professionally as they do
